Liver Cleansing Cilantro

This past month I ate more cilantro than I can remember! Why? The liver benefits for it are amazing. To check it out on my grocery blog click here

Cilantro Eggs

Ingredients: 

1. 2 extra large organic eggs
2. 1 tablespoons fresh cleaned cilantro
3. 1 tablespoon white onion and tomato
4. Garlic pepper
5. Himalayan pink salt
6. Avocado
7. Hot sauce (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat pan and drizzle a little oil in pan
2. precook onion, tomato, and cilantro for only a couple minutes
3. Add in scrambled eggs and salt, pepper
4. Cook until done and serve with hot sauce (optional)





      Cilantro Salad

     Ingredients:

       1. Salad mix
       2. Handful of cilantro
       3. Cut up favorite veggies
       4. Favorite healthy dressing
       5. Sunflower seeds (optional)
       6. Dried gogi berried (optional)
       7. Raw walnuts pieces (optional)

        Directions:

        1. Mix ingredients and add dressing!
