Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch
slices
- 1 large onion, thinly
sliced
- 2 ribs celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Pinch of crushed red
pepper
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 14.5-oz. can diced
tomatoes
- 2 15-oz. cans cannelloni
beans, drained and rinsed
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Small Bunch Swiss
Chard, stems removed, leaves chopped
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh
parsley
Directions:
- Sauté sausage until
browned.
- Add all ingredients into
slow-cooker (except Parsley and Swiss Chard)
-Cook on low for 8 hours
(adding Parsley and Swiss Chard last 30 minutes)
