Quinoa Scramble

Try this quinoa scramble with avocado for a delicious grain-free, hearty and nutrient-dense breakfast. Mix it up by adding a spicy salsa or black beans for extra boost!

Mix: 

1/2 cup cooked quinoa

2 scrambled eggs

1/2 avocado cubed

salsa, lemon pepper, and garlic salt to taste
