Basil Turkey Burgers

WOW! These were insanely delicious and EASY to make. If you don't like Basil you can omit, but it really adds a ton of flavor! I have made them as full burgers and sliders. Your choice. I also do not eat on a bun, but add lots of toppings!

Ingredients:

-Nonstick cooking spray
-1 pound ground turkey
-1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
-1/8 teaspoon pepper
-1/8 teaspoon salt
-1/8 cup mayo (organic preferably)
-1 ounce fresh basil cleaned and finely chopped

Directions:

1. Spray pan with oil and heat on medium heat.
2. In large bowl combine turkey, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the mayo, stirring to combine. Shape patties and add to skillet
3. Cook until done, about 4-5 minutes each side.
4. Top with your favorite toppings: sprouts, avocado, tomato, lettuce, etc

Liver Cleansing Cilantro

This past month I ate more cilantro than I can remember! Why? The liver benefits for it are amazing. To check it out on my grocery blog click here

Cilantro Eggs

Ingredients: 

1. 2 extra large organic eggs
2. 1 tablespoons fresh cleaned cilantro
3. 1 tablespoon white onion and tomato
4. Garlic pepper
5. Himalayan pink salt
6. Avocado
7. Hot sauce (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat pan and drizzle a little oil in pan
2. precook onion, tomato, and cilantro for only a couple minutes
3. Add in scrambled eggs and salt, pepper
4. Cook until done and serve with hot sauce (optional)





      Cilantro Salad

     Ingredients:

       1. Salad mix
       2. Handful of cilantro
       3. Cut up favorite veggies
       4. Favorite healthy dressing
       5. Sunflower seeds (optional)
       6. Dried gogi berried (optional)
       7. Raw walnuts pieces (optional)

        Directions:

        1. Mix ingredients and add dressing!
