Perfect Paleo Pancakes

Ingredients

- 4 Eggs at room temperature
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 banana mashed (other half use for topping)
- 1  tbs pure vanilla extract
- 1 tbs almond milk
- 1/4 tsp baking soda


Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

2. Grease a skillet with coconut oil on medium to low heat. Pour on skillet about a palm size.

3. Cook for about 3-5 minutes first Be careful when flipping.

4. Top with your favorite fruit or banana. I like blueberries!
